A group of feminist women fighting discrimination not only in the art world but in general
with facts and humor.
They are famous for wearing gorilla masks in public and taking the names of deceased female artists as pseudonyms.
They have been around since 1985 and they are still going strong, making public appearances ( always in costume of course) creating films and printing book and posters.. these are
